Dr. Warrenfeltz’s early training focused on Behavioral Psychology where he developed expertise in applying adult learning principles to the life problems faced by mentally challenged adults and behaviorally disordered adolescences. The experienced he gained during these early years of his career parlayed into his doctoral work as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. Completing his doctoral training, he entered the corporate world where he progressed through increasingly responsible positions associated with management development. His training in adult learning principles was pivotal in the development programs he designed for managers and leaders at the corporate level.
