Recognizing that professional coaching was rapidly becoming the vanguard in the effort to improve the effectiveness of leaders, Dr. Warrenfeltz joined Manchester, Inc. as Vice President of Consulting Services. Manchester was a leader in offering innovative coaching services and was home to some the most effective executive coaches in the industry. Dr. Warrenfeltz brought his knowledge of assessment technology to the sophisticated executive coaching protocols offered by Manchester to create a unique learning experience for those interested in honing their leadership skills. In the late 1990s, Dr. Warrenfeltz sponsored a first of its kind research study examining the Return on Investment (ROI) for executive coaching. The results of the study indicated that Manchester’s executive coaching programs produced an ROI of 570 percent.
