Assessment

As Vice President of Executive Development for Development Dimensions International (DDI), Dr. Warrenfeltz proposed and established the executive development program. Over an eight-year period, he assembled a world-class team of professionals and built a behavior-based executive development program recognized globally as one of the top programs available for developing effective leaders.  Dr. Warrenfeltz founded the program on the assessment center method. The program was structured around a state-of-the-art assessment facility and included some of the most sophisticated day in the life simulations ever created for assessing leadership skills. The simulations proved quite effective; however, Dr. Warrenfeltz felt that it was incomplete, adding the Hogan suite of personality inventories and professional coaching services to augment the developmental aspect of the program. These innovative enhancements to the behavior-based assessment center method took a successful program and placed it at the forefront of programs designed to improve leader effectiveness.
