In 2000, Dr. Warrenfeltz joined Hogan Assessment Systems as Managing Partner. Hogan Assessment Systems (Hogan) was a personality-based test publisher, focused primarily on employee selection. Dr. Warrenfeltz saw an opportunity to combine Hogan personality inventories with behavior-based coaching protocols to create a high impact, low cost approach to leader development. Today more than 50 percent of Fortune 500 companies and nearly 70 percent of Fortune 100 companies use Dr. Warrenfeltz’s leadership development approach.
