His 15 years of experience convinced him that who is in charge matters and who is in charge was all too often the result of politics rather than leadership ability. Driven by his knowledge that sound assessment techniques, the right experience, and sound coaching could identify and grow leadership talent, Warrenfeltz dedicated himself to his consulting clients. Over the next 25 years, Dr. Warrenfeltz worked with hundreds of organizations throughout the world, becoming an expert in the field of leadership development. He worked extensively in four disciplines during his career including:
